Entrepreneurship theory as a playable system · Active prototype
Turning entrepreneurship theory into gameplay.
ENT Game translates entrepreneurship theories into a living environment where concepts become mechanics, resources, tradeoffs, feedback loops, and decisions players can test instead of just read about.
Problem
Entrepreneurship education often introduces theories one by one, while real entrepreneurship is dynamic: resources, uncertainty, customers, legitimacy, timing, and strategic choices collide at the same time.
Role
I translate theory into game systems: deciding what each theory should change, what player action it unlocks or constrains, how resources move, and how the UI should make tradeoffs understandable.
Selected decisions
- Make theory part of the environment rather than a static citation layer.
- Surface entrepreneurial ambiguity instead of removing it completely.
- Keep the UI open-ended enough for exploration while making next actions understandable.
